Heuk-Young is send by the Black Elder to the human world to capture Ryo-Woon, so that it can be confirmed whether or not he truly is the reincarnation.
When he and his comrades are intercepted by Jeokyeon, it is him who confesses to the purpose of their mission. He tries and fails, however, to gain unconditional cooperation.
